I’m passionate about birth because every birthing person deserves to feel heard, respected, supported and centered during their experience..

Parents deserve a positive birth experience no matter how the birth process unfolds. Support and education is key.

My own experience with a birth doula in 2016 inspired me to offer the same kind of support to you. It’s so important to me that you (and your birth companion) feel confident, educated, and supported during such a life-changing experience.

I am a Certified Doula through DONA International, a HypnoBirthing Certified Educator, and a Certified Lactation Counselor. I have taken the Spinning Babies workshop (twice!). I integrate all these tools into my HypnoBirthing classes and birth doula services. I’m also certified to use TENS as a comfort measure during labor. Postpartum lactation support services are included for my doula clients.

Besides my private doula service, I’m a Mount Carmel Birth Doula. The program is open to any birthing person who would like support at a Mount Carmel hospital in the Columbus area (St. Ann’s, East, & Grove City). I work with a wonderful group of birth doulas.

I support all family units and feel passionate about continuing to learn about how to dismantle racism and prejudice in the birth room. See a list of some of my continuing education training and certifications below.
