Upcoming Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Classes:

  • SUNDAY Sessions: April 7th - May 5th The first and last classes are in-person in Gahanna (6:00-8:00p). In-person classes last about two hours. The three classes in between are about 1 hour long via Zoom (7:00p - 8:00p). $300.00

  • An intimate childbirth class in a hybrid model of self-paced learning, in-person practice, and experienced mentorship

  • Five classes (3 are virtual) with your EBB Instructor and classmates to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills.

  • 3 months access to the Parents' Site where you will find all the videos for the class; a PDF library of evidence on 21 topics; acupressure quick guide and videos; relaxation audio tracks; 31 videos about natural labor induction, comfort measures, newborn procedures & more.

HypnoBirthing® is a tried and proven technique, as well as a philosophy that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful and extraordinarily beautiful manner. It is a program that considers the psychological, as well as the physical, well-being of the mother, her birth partner, and the newborn, independent of context, whether that be in the quiet of a home, a hospital, or a birth center.

The HypnoBirthing® program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition, and positive body toning. Most importantly it fosters an air of mutual respect for the birthing family, as well as the healthcare provider in a traditional healthcare system or an alternative setting.   • 5-week HypnoBirthing childbirth education session for the birthing person & one birth companion.

  • One class every Thursday evening for 2.5 - 3 hours. Class begins promptly at 6:30pm.
